Refund policy
For the ease of our customers, we offer a 14-day Easy Return Policy. Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority and we will always try to resolve all issues amicably.
You can easily exchange or return your unused purchased item, within 14 days, adhering to the following terms and conditions:
- The items being returned must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- The Returned items must reach us undamaged, unused and in original condition.
- Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales01@phoenixhomeware.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please be mindful that plastics are prone to breakage if mishandled or not packed properly, you must ensure that the returned items reach us undamaged in original condition. Otherwise we will not accept the return.
Damages and issues
As soon as you receive the order, please inspect it carefully and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. You must send us photographic evidence of the issue along with order number and details.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued a voucher which you may redeem any time in future on this website only.
Unfortunately, since we only have COD payment option, we can’t issue refund in cash.
